Managing Partner, Global Head of Trading
Roger Kapsalis is a Managing Partner and the Global Head of Trading at Armos Ventures International, LLC. He heads the New York office with primary responsibilities within our physical commodities trading activities and is at the forefront of our client relationships, trade and project finance and global logistics. Roger started his career in 1991 on Wall Street at 20 years old as a financial advisor with Shearson Lehman Brothers then Gruntal & Company. As a registered representative of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Roger advised corporations, shareholders and investors on numerous successful Initial Public Offerings and Private Placements with an expertise in small cap and middle market companies. Following a 13-year career in the US public equities markets, Roger served as a consultant with Wells Fargo Bank and as an independent corporate finance consultant in New York before he co-founded ARMOS.
Managing Partner, Head of Operations - Asia
Tommy Wang is a Managing Partner and Head of Asian Pacific Operations at Armos Ventures International, LLC. Tommy is in charge of overseas relationships, primarily with industrial end-users and import traders, in our Shanghai office. Previously as Chief Executive Officer of iVenturelab Inc., Tommy was instrumental in the formation and ongoing expansion of the early stage investment and incubation firm. He brings a unique blend of business experience, strategic thinking and vision to drive the execution of successful business strategies at ARMOS. Tommy has appeared before the US Congressional Privacy Caucus (CPC) in a briefing on threats to consumer online privacy. He has also consulted with Fortune 500 executives and government agencies such as the Federal Trade Commission and has appeared in national and international publications, including CNN.com, ZDNet, The Nando Times, CNET, and The Washington Post. Tommy received his master's degree in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and his Bachelor's degree at Carnegie Mellon University in electrical and computer engineering.
Chief Financial Officer
Walter Tymoczko is the Chief Financial Officer at Armos Ventures International, LLC. Walter has over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance and management experience as both a CFO and CEO of companies involved in manufacturing, importing and product logistics/distribution. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, where he received both a BS and MBA degree. Walt's finance experience includes leadership positions with General Electric Co., Action Industries Inc., and 3E Trading LLC. Walt's role at Action Industries was Chief Financial Officer where he managed the interactions with oversees suppliers whilst overseeing all trade finance activities. Walt then joined 3E Trading as CFO where he oversaw all financial transactions being a key decision maker in the logistics and forwarding from Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

Ryan Bonifacino, one of our original team members, previously led Marketing and Business Development at Armos Ventures International, LLC and represented our funds and trading opportunities to investors and trade partners worldwide. As a native of Wilmington, Delaware, the "Corporate Capital of America," Ryan holds deep relationships with a strong network of leaders in finance and corporate law. Ryan began his business career as an undergraduate with the development of a business plan that would go on to win both the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards for the State of Delaware and the prestigious Business Plan Competition at the University of Delaware's Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics, where Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with dual majors in Marketing and Management. Ryan transformed the aforementioned venture into a marketing entity that carved out a niche in branding alternative investment offerings. As a third party marketer, Ryan has formally consulted with several hedge fund, venture capital and private equity managers, both domestic and abroad, representing a combined AUM of $8.9 billion USD. In addition, Ryan currently serves on the Advisory Boards at Hedgeforce, a third party marketing firm/placement agent for alternative investments with a focus on emerging hedge fund managers and commodity trading advisors (CTAs), and US Pension Advisors, a corporate and public pension fund consultant specializing on emerging alternative investment managers.
